1、人社部表示，下一步将研究制定养老保险制度改革总体方案及职工基础养老金全国统筹方案、
完善个人账户政策、渐进式延迟退休年龄方案，加快制定基本养老保险基金投资管理办法相关配
套政策，尽快启动养老基金委托投资。

转变政府职能，深入推进简政放权、放管结合、优化服务改革，建立完善企业自主决策、融资
渠道畅通，职能转变到位、政府行为规范，宏观调控有效、法治保障健全的新型投融资体制。

影响居民收入。只要收入增长趋势强劲，前景向好，便没有必要对短期起伏大惊小怪。

and upgrading, the reform dividend continuously being released, the RMB entering into 
the SDR currency basket and the implementation of national strategies including One 
Belt and One Road, more RMB market demands will be effectively stimulated. Field and
scope of the international use of RMB in the long term will be further expanded.
