1、央行副行长陈雨露表示，央行继续实施稳健的货币政策，充分发挥好差别准备金率等政策工具的正向激励作用。有必要加强对微型金融的宏观审慎管理，积极引导金融资源向微型金融普惠金融倾斜，引导金融机构发展普惠金融微型金融业务，拓宽涉农企业小微企业的直接融资渠道。

2、8月24日，央行在公开市场分别开展900亿元7天期和500亿元14天期逆回购操作，中标利率分别维持在2.25%和2.4%不变，时隔逾半年首次重启14天期逆回购，单日实现资金净投放400亿元。国泰君安认为，央行增加14天期逆回购操作是为了更好的平稳机构流动性预期以及增加央行公开市场操作的灵活性。

3、8月27日，中国企业联合会、中国企业家协会连续第15次向社会发布了“中国企业500强”名单。国家电网、中石油、中石化分列榜单前三。今年500强的总营收为59.5万亿元，占2015年我国GDP的88%，净利润增长6.3%。另外，服务业营收占比40.2%，首超制造业。

4、人民日报消息，国企的效率问题从来不是孤立的，员工持股作为国企改革中最具挑战性和敏感性的难题之一，一旦处置不好“激励员工”和“保全国有资产”之间的平衡，就会引发“国有资产流失”的担忧。全面深化改革是一项系统工程，国企员工持股改革更是如此，正式试点是好的开始，但不可能一“持”就灵。

5、方正证券任泽平认为，国企改革的顶层设计基本完成，已进入落实阶段。下半年，预计兼并重组、资产证券化、国资投资运营平台这三个方面的力度会进一步加强。原因是这三个方向操作性强、有成熟可借鉴的案例，与供给侧改革密切相关，考核容易。

6、发改委表示，虽然我国企业融资成本较高有风险溢价较高的因素，但进一步引导利率下行空间依然很大，政策仍须在此进一步着力。当前，存款基准利率距离零利率陷阱也还有一定距离。此外，债转股是债务重组的重要措施，也是降低企业融资成本的重要措施。

7、外管局公布我国国际货物和服务贸易数据显示，7月，我国国际收支口径的国际货物和服务贸易收入13195亿元，支出11355亿元，顺差1840亿元。其中，货物贸易顺差3342亿元；服务贸易逆差1502亿元。
