1、国家主席习近平表示，二十国集团成员应该结合本国实际，采取更加全面的宏观经济政策，统筹兼顾财政、货币、结构性改革政策，努力扩大全球总需求，全面改善供给质量，巩固经济增长基础。应该继续加强政策协调，减少负面外溢效应。另外，二十国集团应该恪守不采取新的保护主义措施的承诺，采取切实行动促进贸易增长。
Chinese President Xi Jinping said that, based on national conditions, G20 members should take more comprehensive macro-economic policies, overall planning fiscal, monetary and structural reform policies, make efforts to expand global aggregate demand, comprehensively improve the quality of supply and consolidate the foundation of economic growth. 3、财政部表示，全面推开营改增试点前，营业税主要是地方收入，只有部分银行总行、保险总公司缴纳的少量营业税为中央收入。5月份以后入库的营业税由地方收入调整为50%归中央，因体制调整引起的口径变化，导致1-7月中央营业税收入大幅增加。
Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China said that before the full opening of the Transition from Business Tax to Value-Added Tax pilots, the Business Tax was mainly local revenue, only a small amount of Business Tax from some bank head offices and insurance companies were central government revenue. Business Tax that is put in storage after May will be adjusted from local revenue to 50% of it owned by the central government, the caliber changes caused by structural adjustment result in central government’s Business Tax revenue having sharp increase from January to July.

4、经济参考报消息，从权威人士处获悉，国资委划定公司制改制时间表，并积极推动企业改制上市、兼并重组、项目投资等方面积极引入民间资本和战略投资者，全面推进国有企业公司制股份制改革，中央企业要在2017年底完成公司制改制。

5、国际货币基金组织近日发布一份为二十国集团领导人峰会提供的监测报告，呼吁各国采取有力、全面的政策措施推动经济实现持续、强劲、包容性的增长。报告称，投资低迷及结构性改革缺乏是导致经济低速增长的关键原因。
IMF recently released a monitoring report for the G20 Leaders Summit, it calls upon these countries to take effective and comprehensive measures to promote economic policies to achieve sustained, strong, inclusive growth. It reported that sluggish investment and the lack of structural reforms is the key reason for the slow economic growth.

7、中证报消息，截至8月31日，共有70家中央和地方国企上市公司处于停牌状态。业内人士认为，国企改革在时间阶段上完成了从顶层设计向施工阶段转变，随着政策不断落地，相关上市公司频频发力，国企改革将迎来新一轮高潮，兼并重组、资产证券化、国资投资运营平台这三方面的力度将进一步加强。

8、9月1日，发改委投资司副司长罗国三介绍，发改委正抓紧研究制定中央预算内投资审批制度改革方案，主要内容是进一步缩减发改委的审批权限、简化审批环节、规范审批流程，同时要加强项目的储备和监管，改进计划编制和下达管理，目前方案基本成型。

9、财新网消息，发改委国际合作中心首席经济学家万喆撰文表示，当前我国外汇储备处于过剩状态。因此，在新时期可在其他政策的配合下，可考虑为外汇储备适度松绑。对于超过最优规模的外汇储备部分，应通过结构调整实现藏汇于民。

Thus, in cooperation with other policies in the new era, moderately relaxed foreign exchange reserves can be considered. For the part of foreign exchange reserves that exceed the optimal size, foreign exchange holding by the people should be realized through structural adjustment.
